All you need to do is basically add those couple of lines at the top of your existing script...

The second configuration is to use the AUTHENTICATION feature of your PPP sofware:

Make sure all of the OUT/WAIT buttons as show above are selected as OUT.
Make sure that the CR column is all blank (no check boxes selected)
Make sure that the middle area is all blank
Within the PPP configuration, click on AUTHENTICATION button and enter your username and password
